Event #1: 

Why not celebrate the fourth of July with fellow green thumbs and outdoor folks!  Come join us Saturday morning at 9 am - 2237 Kimberton Road.  We'll continue our work enhancing the Kimberton EcoVillage woods- transplanting trees, clearing trails, culling invasives - all while we talk about Permaculture.  Time Bank members earn Time Dollars from the Permaculture Activity Group for joining us.  Stay tuned to the weather, bring a sun hat, wear long pants, snacks and drinks provided.  Please RSVP to Joel at 610-220-6172, altairecovillage@gmail.com.  

Event #2: 

Colonial Gardens Owner Eric Schmidtwill join us Wed., July 8th, at 1 pm to look at our land with pollinators and native planting in mind. Starting with Margo and Joel's property (mainly lawn!), we'll look at ways to turn part of it into meadow.  We'll also look at the Kimberton EcoVillage meadow, and, if time, we'll go down to the Kimberton EcoVillage woods.  Eric is full of knowledge and information - definitely an opportunity for anyone who wants to come to learn how to look at land and develop gardens that are easy to maintain, full of color, use local plants, and deer resistant (if possible!)  Time Bank members pay Time Dollars for this workshop into the Permaculture Activity Group.  RSVP to Joel at 610-220-6172, altairecovillage@gmail.com.
