A former member of Altair couldn't wait to build her own almost off-the-grid house, so she build two (one for her sister) in Schwenksville.  Jackie is very familiar with EcoVillages and was recently on the development team of the Three Groves EcoVillage in southern Chester County.  She is extremely knowledgeable about sustainability.
